Louise has provided business legal advice since 2008. She has worked in a number of areas of business law (all areas can be found under the tab ”Areas of business”). During her career, she has assisted listed companies, groups, owner-managed companies, and startup companies. She has extensive experience of working in both national and international contexts. Her combination of knowledge from general commercial law and also from insolvency law, gives her an extraordinary ability to analyse and break down legal problems. This means that she can easily find advantageous solutions to the problems that benefit the clients.

Louise is driven by building strong relationships and by delivering high-quality business legal advice. She also has a genuine commitment that goes beyond the ordinary.
